Complete a Service Application

We will contact you to get more information on your situation and let you know when we can begin services.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst will contact you to begin the assessment process and will explain to you more what that entails.

After the assessment, you will begin therapy!
SERVICE AREAS

We provide services in Salt Lake County, Davis County, Weber County and the cities of Saratoga Springs and Lehi.

Most services are provided in home and community settings in person with direct teaching to the individual.

If you are looking for services outside of these areas, we do provide a virtual Family Consultation service that helps family members better understand how to support their loved one.
